Our company began in 1918 when our founder, William Curran, established the Metropolitan Coal and Ice Company. He established our core values and philosophy, and we believe that they are critical elements for building a long-lasting, successful organization.

The Curran Group has a proud history of unwavering dedication to growing its business while helping each of its operating units succeed and prosper. Through four generations of Curran family leadership, success has always been defined as building companies that produce market leadership through the highest quality products and services.
